A: Your storage unit rent is due on the anniversary of the day you moved in. So if you moved into your storage unit on 4th of January, your next payment is due on 4th of February, 4th of March and so on.
Q: What happens if my payment fails?
A: The system will notify you when your payment is almost due. As soon as a payment fails, our system suspends your gate code and locks you out of the self-storage facility. As soon as you’re up to date, your access is reinstated. Please note this is automated & not something we do manually.
Q: I’ve got a new bank card. How do I update my payment details?
A: Updating your payment details for your storage unit is easy. Simply update your details here.
Q: Is there a bond?
A: Yes. You are charged a $200 refundable bond upon booking.
Q: What is the maximum duration I can book a self storage unit for?
A: Infinity! You can book a self-storage unit forever – we’re happy to take care of your storage needs until the end of time.
Q: What happens if I open the wrong self-storage unit?
A: An alarm will be sent to our security provider and the police will be called and provided with all of your details. We don’t mess around when it comes to the security of our storage units. Please be careful to read your storage unit number correctly.
